DETAILED GUIDELINES FOR CONDUCTING NATA TEST *Before starting up the Centre the required version of software in Computers

& IP Camera should get installed in the NATA Centre. (1) Download the NATA 2013 Application form from www.nata.in for your centre. (2) At the time of receipt of NATA Application from a candidate , following things should be checked: a. Form should be completely filled with Photograph pasted on it. b. Eligibility Criteria c. Valid Fee draft d. Attested documents of +2 Level & Date of Birth Proof should be attached with the Application. (3) After the verification of NATA Application, NATA Coordinator / Computer operator should Fill the online registration form of the candidate & Assign the Date & Time of Test for that test centre only. (Registration must be done at least 24hr before the test date) (4) Give the receipt cum appointment voucher with date & time of NATA Test mentioned on it. (Note: Decide in advance how many candidates should be given appointment at a specific date / in a time slot) (5) On the date of Exam NATA Coordinator should ensure that all the systems are in proper working order. (6) The exam will be divided in 2 stages: a. Candidates have to first give the Drawing Test; To generate the Question Paper cum Answer sheet for drawing test enter the appointment no. & student key (mentioned on Receipt cum Appointment voucher) in the computer; Candidate should mention Name, Candidate ID, Date, Day & Time of Examination (Start Time & Submission Time) on the Back side of Question Paper given to them by the test Centre. Once the Drawing Test is over, Test papers should be handed over to the Centre In-charge; then Centre In-charge should get arrangement of Scanning & uploading the Answer sheets on the NATA website. b. For the online Test each student will be allotted a computer already available in NATA Centre, Thereafter the students should be instructed to enter the Appointment No. & Student key in the Computer assigned to him/her. Now the students will receive online question paper, which has got to be answered online within the time limits displayed on the screen. c. After the completion of the Online Test, students can view their online test score on their computer screen. Final Scorecard for the test can be downloaded by the students from the NATA website within 3 working days from the date of Examination. (7) The Checks collected from the Application forms should be sent to NIASA on Fortnightly basis along with the Registration Report for your test centre.
