(a)

VALIDITY
The subscription for this plan is valid for 24 months from the date subscription fee is received.

(b) SUBSCRTPTTON FEE

Subscription fees paid is not refundable or transferable.

(c) ACCOIINT ACTIVATION Smart Tutor Plan (STP) will be activated 14 days afterthe received of the subscription fee. (d) CHANGES OF PACKAGE (i) Tutors are allowed to change plan, however, subscription fees paid is not refundable or transferable. (ii) New account will be activated 14 days after received new plan's subscription fee.
(e) OTHERS (i) Tutors are responsible to pay the commission to SMARTIO0 within 7 davs after received the monthly tuition fees. If tutor fail to settle the commission by the due date, the subscription fees will be forfeited. (ii) Upon confirmation of any jobs, tutors who failed to tum up for the tuition, the subscription fee will be

forfeited. (iii)Terms & conditions can be changed without prior noticed.
