It's a question that often raises disagreement among educators. In our globalised age, English is seen to increase competitiveness, and is certainly important for those who come from developing countries, where most industries are owned. TIMSS is level to comparing standards in math and science around the world; the tests have been administered every four years since 1995. The last reason why I agree is challenge is worthwhile because teaching in all subjects in the local language not only enhances understanding for student but also more potential for national development. Considering the fact that opposite side said that they dont agree that math and science should not teach in English because to achieve developed nation status and preparation of school early to compete in the era of globalization and English is the language of knowledge and communication is very important in order to facilitate our international competitiveness but I still agree with my opinion that math and science should not teach in English because English is for commerce not education, Math and science are not exceptions and the challenge is worthwhile.
