Description: The main aim of this project is to improve power factor of the 11KV Feeders by installing 1.5MVAR and 3MVAR Automated switched type capacitor banks in the substations where power factor is found low or voltage fluctuation in the phases are high. In this project we have used Microcontroller BR5008,which automatically compares the set value of voltage, with the real time 11kV feeder voltage values and gives the command to the Switching device to act accordingly. We are using 3 or 4 steps of switches which will be operated according to the commands of the microcontroller.

Responsibilities: Title Client Collecting the Inputs from client and prepare the detailed survey report. Coordinating with site staff and assigning duties to them. Checking the work done by sub contractors. Preparing the Bills of Contractor. Coordinating with PVVNL Staff as well as Head office Maintaining the In/Out flow of material/Stock details. Co-ordination with clients, contractors & other departments for smooth progress. Monitoring of progress of the project Billings and realization of payment against material supply and erection bills Resolving any technical or other on site problems on daily basis. Check drawings, surveys and Single line diagrams according to site conditions and modifications in existing plans. Material Reconciliation of A Class & B Class material. Project#2 : Supply, Erection and Installation of Pole Mounted Gas Filled LT Shunt Capacitors on Distribution Transformers : Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Limited

Description The aim of this project is to fetch the feeders running under low power factor and to install Capacitors on the Distribution side of Transformer to improve power factor up to 0.95 :

Project#4 : GPS Survey and System Study of 33kV and 11kV lines to reduce T&C Losses : UHBVN.

Description: In this project we have done survey of all the 11KV and 33KV Feeder of kaithal circle by using GPS(Trimble) machine according to the clients requirement and prepared the feeder route maps using TechGIS S/w, superimposed the feeder route maps on Google maps and proposed a new network in such a way that the overall losses were reduced.

Employing surveyors/supervisors required for the work Assigning task to the subordinates Downloading/uploading the GPS data to computer Preparing the existing 11kV and 33kV network maps Getting approval/signed from concerned SDO Operations Sending the data to HO Submitting the detailed proposals to concerned SE Follow up for Project Billing Work completion certificates from EE (OP).

Project#5 : LVDS to HVDS Conversion of 33/11 KV SUBSTATIONS in Rural Areas of Rewa divisions in Madhya Pradesh. : M/s Angelique International Limited, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

Description: The main objective of this Project is to study the existing status of selected project area by implementing GIS System, calculating losses by performing load flow studies. Based on the system results, reforms the existing system to a model distribution (HVDS) System by converting

LT line in to 11KV line and replacing higher capacity existing transformers with new 16/25 KVA transformers depending on the client requirement.

Responsibilities: Coordinating with Site Staff of Rewa division. Collecting the data given by Site Staff and processing it in the desired format. Loading the field data in PowerGIS S/w to generate the Existing electrical network maps. Running Load flow studies on existing network and proposals for new 16/25KVA transformers is done using Power NET S/w. Preparing detailed LVDS to HVDS Feeder report. Submitting the report to client for Approvals.
