in the winter of 2005/2006, I had no idea it was modern warfare. I thought it was a consequence of kids with modern stereos, or maybe industrial pollution. I had even wrote a letter to the editor (which I got a phone call from the Courier), and notified the City of Grants Pass, because of its severity. Back then I was treating it as an unintended consequence of someone's legitimate business activity, or the like. It wasn't until March of 2007 that God really opened my eyes as to its obvious purpose. No matter where I found myself, even way out at Pierce Riffle Park, the effects were unmistakable. I now believe its a multifaceted phenomenon with many sources and intents, not all necessarily intended to cause physical or mental harm, but none the less do. Resonating exhaust systems & Noisy engines Any unnatural vibration is unhealthy for living things. Years of research, and millions of dollars were expended by Manasseh over the years to make engines and exhaust systems quiet. Now, with the advent of WAR in the new Millennium, that same research is being utilized by Assyria to do the exact opposite. A "terrible and dreadful people" to use Bible terminology, are only interested in being obnoxious, by any means available. The more people they can disturb in a given geographic area the better. The custom made tail pipe resonators really fill the bill. Diesel pickups are another desirable way to annoy large numbers of people. Bass reflex and phase shifters Another "invention" of modern warfare is the Bass reflex speaker systems as well as phase shifters. Bass reflex inverts low frequency sound waves into an unnatural waveform that is incompatible with living things. Phase shifters also distort sound waves to harmful parameters by "shifting" them forward or backward. These methods are designed to disrupt normal cardiovascular and other physiological systems in living things, whether the user is aware of that fact, or NOT. Even More Diabolical uses God revealed to me An even more disturbing purpose of the resonating mufflers and sound systems is related to kidnappings. When combined with tinted windows, the muffling characteristics of these already sinisterly purposeful inventions transform ordinary automobiles into highly efficient kidnapping vehicles. Individuals which are abducted at will using various methods, are transported in these vehicles to processing centers. The masking effects of the sound systems are used to prevent the

2 public from detecting the enclosed individual's attempts to arouse attention to his or her plight. The tinted windows prevent any visual contact. This is truly terrifying. No one is safe from this kind of Invasionary removal tactic of legitimate residents. Brain washing One of the purposes of the blanket dissemination of various air and ground based vibrations is to transfer brain washing information into unsuspecting minds. Brain washing information is piggy backed onto carrier waves which are unpreventably absorbed by everyone within range of the vibrations. A whole host of subliminal messages can be effectively broadcast thus. Since the results are based on a number of factors, including target individual susceptibilities: a whole host of carrier formats and message libraries are routinely utilized. These tactics are especially used at night, since people are sleeping in greater numbers with fewer distractions. If you are aware of them, you can easily recognize there obvious presence. They normally take the form of low frequency, random waves, which are very disturbing to restful sleep. Physiological Manipulations Another purpose of the ground wave broadcasting vibrations is to manifest physiological manipulation. Drugs are offered in the media to correct ailments that are actually purposely caused in mass in an unsuspecting public. A couple of designer diseases that come to mind readily are the lazy leg and frequent urination methods. There are dozens of other made to order ailments that are easily carried to victims via this diabolical use of modern technology. We should have listened to God! ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) Communications One of the less diabolical manifestations of the ground vibrations is for communications to underground facilities. ELF is used to transfer intelligence to underground facilities, in the same way it is used to communicate with underwater submarines. The intended purpose is slightly less purposely destructive to human beings, but it none the less adds to the overall onslaught of modern Invasionary destructiveness to the target peoples.1
