Purpose
The purpose of this document is to give a brief summary on this CX6.0 CD1.0 Software Change Delivery (CD) content.

1. CORRECTIONS 1.1 1372CNESPE07 BER&FER degradation after EMR activation (1296629792)

Original problem: When EMR feature is activated, an increase in FER and BER is observed in some sites. The FER and BER degradation affects UL RX Quality measurements and therefore the number of reports in quality bands 4-7 will increase Description of the correction: State machine is changed to speech state only when onset is decoded by the BTS. The original design was that it was changed to speech state when both speech and onset were decoded by BTS.

1.2 14930CNESPE01 UltraSite transmits in None Shutdown after Abis break (7840ESPE07)
Original problem: Site is in shutdown mode following a mains failure, if a short Abis break occurs then following recovery from that Abis break the BCCH will start transmitting again until the NTIM and BTIM timers have expired again. Description of the correction: An additional check has been added so that when the LAPD links are recovering there is a check to determine if the TRX is currently in a shutdown state.

1.3 14931CNESPE01 Non BCCH TRXs stuck after recovery from Shutdown state (7758ESPE07
Original problem: The Block/Unblock of the BCCH TRX when the BTS is in non-BCCH shutdown mode cause the non-BCCH TRX which are in shutdown state at the time not to recover to supervisory state when they are taken out of shutdown state. Description of the correction: An additional check has been added when setting a TRX to blocked user so that it will not be possible if the BTS is in intelligent shutdown state.

1.4 14932CNESPE01 UltraSite comes up in wrong state after loss of LMU synchronisation (7729ESPE07
Original problem: UltraSite can come up in incorrect working state after loss of synchronisation from the LMU. Then when BCF reset is selected there are misleading message shown to user. Description of the correction: The misleading warning shown at BTS Manager is corrected.

1.5 25212CNESPE05 Change to Alarm Handling Specification for alarms when the OMU is blocked
Reason for the Change Note: As per alarm handling specs concerning the alarm Fault in VSWR antenna monitoring it reads that this alarm will be reported on BTS Manager when OMU link is in blocked state. The same incorrect information is also present in the Trouble Management Document provided to customers. Description of the correction: Alarm handling specification and the Trouble Management Document are amended

1.6 25213CNESPE05 support 'WBC solution for same band co-siting with WCDMA' in HW Configurator
Reason for the Change Note: Existing BTS HW Configurator support for XML feature allows the opening/saving of HW Configuration files in XML format (file extension .ewb). The implementation of same band co-siting support in an earlier CX5 release means that when the changes are merged a change in the XML format is required. Description of the correction: A new parameter is added to the CABINET_INFO managed class object to save MRC supported with WBC information in the MMI-EW XML Interface
