This project is a joint partnership between Jack Ahmed and myself to startup a new restaurant hereinafter called Saveur Montage. Together we will manage the planning, formation, structuring, and operation of said business. We will begin by selecting 3 to 5 locations that we would like to operate at. We will then hire a team to conduct a research of the market in each area then select a location. The selected location will be inspected to insure proper wiring and to insure that the building meets all restaurant requirements in the local area. We will follow up with a business plan and a determination of financial needs to get the business started. We will then obtain a government backed loan $200,000 of which will be used to purchase the building. We will then determine the legal structure of the business, LLC, and file all required documentation. We will hire a business attorney and qualified accounting to help in managing the startup of the business as well as the everyday business operations once operation begins. Once the EIN is obtained, we will begin advertising online for available positions. We will apply for all licenses and hire a designer to create a relaxed, French style restaurant environment. Once all equipment and stock is purchased, we will hire a trainer and begin hiring and training staff. Also, a band will be hiring to play, at the very least, opening night. Adds will be purchased to be aired for approximately two weeks before the grand opening/ribbon cutting of Saveur Montage.

Grand Opening November 25 Technical Requirements 1. Building must meet all restaurant codes. 2. Restaurant must pass Food and Drug Administration (FDA) inspection. 3.
