don’t ever tarnish its good name,”
she said in her policy speech at
the opening of the wing’s annual

opposed to their politicking and
rhetoric. Don’t choose those who
appear only during nominations
or elections.”
Noraini said leaders should
go to the ground to listen to the
people at all times, not just when

She said leaders of the future
must work to serve the interests
of their supporters and the peo-
ple who gave them the mandate
to serve.
