The harmony type that dominates the identity is accented harmony, with the blue accented in comparison to the neutral charcoal and cream colors. The red is also used as an accent and as a contrast to the blue (warm contrasting cool).

Identity Guide

Concept and Design Explanation

This promotion package is designed for my dads accounting business in Wausau, WI. I spoke with my him (the client) before and during the design process and Ill get his feedback about the finished product. I choose to go with a professional, minimal and modern look, with a monochromatic logotype in sans serif and subdued color scheme, because this fits the clients business. The logo is intended to be the dark charcoal color (near black) on a white background or white on a blue or black background (as you see on the website mockup). The typefaces used are intended also to create a professional and modern look. Typeface and color choices were shown to the client and he made some recommendations, approving this final design. Images used were taken by the client (they are pictures of the office and staff that might be used on the actual website). The mobile version of the site is optimized for intended mobile uses (so client login is given preference in the mobile menu).
