With reference to the above said, please note our most competitive rates for the items we deal in, as under:-

Providing & fixing in position aluminium partitions, doors, windows, ventilators, louvers, fixed glazing, sliding windows, north lighting glazing, aluminium rough ground etc. with extruded & integral colour powder coated of approved shade, Aluminium sections, powder coated Aluminium beadings, powder coated Aluminium profile panel sheets, manufactured to relevant I.S. codes & using minimum 2mm thick (or as specified) heavy sections from approved manufacturer including cost of providing required no. of heavy duty stainless steel butt hinges, pivots, approved door and windows handles, EPDM Gasket, PVC/Neoprene Gasket Lining, Stainless steel screws, mastic filling, weather strips, tower bolts,nuts, washers, rollers etc. as required and as per drawing etc. all complete at all heights and as directed by the Engineer-inCharge. The rate shall also include giving a coat of bitumastic paint on the aluminium surfaces in contact with masonry / concrete and closing the gaps around the frame and the adjoining surface with approved silicone sealant on both faces to achieve watertightness

Note:

1.Payment will be made on the basis of weight of aluminium members/sections fabricated & actually installed in position without extra allowance for wastages. No extra payment will be made for all non-aluminium consumable items like screws, gasket, weather stris p , PVC/Neorene p lining and butt hines g , tower bolts etc.

2.Glazing, Particle Boards, aluminium grills, mesh etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. 3.All fitting shall be of matching colour powder coated aluminium sections. 4.The aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angles at no extra cost. Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium structural glazing of approved shade and quality from approved manufacturer using approved sections for mulions and transomes etc. with 6mm thick toughened reflective float glass as per drawing with all necessary accessories, assembling and fixing it to concrete / masonry wall with screws and rawl plugs and necessary clamps with nylon washers and fasteners for fixing frames. and including sealants on both sides, EPDM gaskets, weather strips etc. Glass shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. Providing and installing cladding works with superior quality 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Panels of approved brand and shade for chimneys, building faces etc., to withstand windspeeds as per IS 875 and shall be held in position by top and bottom screwing and silicone along with necessary fitting arrangements at all leads and lifts as per manufacturer's specifications and instructions of the Providing & fixing prelaminated particle board infill panels of approved shade and brand for doors, partitions, cabinets, shelves etc. at all leads and lifts as per specifications and instructions of the a) 12mm thk. Taxes of Tamil Nadu state shall not be our liability as we are not a registered dealer of Tamil Nadu state. 4. Our rates are inclusive of 2% CST against "C" Form. 5. Way Bill & "C" Form to be issued by you for sending material to site.
