Information Resources are used daily, to what 81% degree varies. 100% Technology Assessment seems to vary greatly from department to 44% department. Training seems to be the weakest area. Most training is a short sales pitch and true training is under utilized by staff. Training is limited to Professional Development time a few times a year. Informal training can be sought after, but few do unless there are problems. The utilization of support is usually during times of probems with technology.
