Php 794,030.00 Seventy-Five (75) Calendar Days

Prospective contractors should possess a valid Category C General Building Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) License applicable to the above type and cost of the contract; have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC; and meet the other minimum eligibility requirements stated in the Instruction to Bidders (ITB). Bidding is restricted to sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. The Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary Pass/Fail criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (R-IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act. The bidding is open to all interested parties, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the R-IRR of RA No. 9184. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below and during regular office hours. The Site Inspection/Pre-bid Conference shall be open only to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents. The Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given below. Late bids shall not be accepted. The University of the Philippines Open University reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders.
