Clinical Experience: Boulder Campus at RiverWoods 2013

Independent Living: Performed assessments related to nutrition (Mini MNA), fall-risk (Heinrich II Fall Risk Scale), depression (Geriatric Depression Scale), in depth-medication review, vision and hearing (HEENT), gait and balance (Tinetti Gait & Balance) , mobility (Get up and Go), environmental safety, and mini-cog. Skills included vital signs, basic neurological assessment, cardiac and respiratory assessment, musculoskeletal assessment, skin assessment, and weekly documentation. Education
University of New Hampshire (Durham, NH) Class of 2015 I attend the University of New Hampshire as a full time student. I am studying as a nursing major, and am currently a sophomore. I live on campus at the University and am due to graduate in May 2015. From here, I plan to gain experience before returning to school to earn a Masters Degree.
