This conference is an annual event undertaken by the respective members of the Regional Arbitral Institutes Forum (RAIF) with the Conference rotating among member states annually. This year, The Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb) plays the host. This conference provides a forum for all to share their experience and knowledge. THE REGIONAL ARBITRAL INSTITUTES FORUM (RAIF) DINNER

RAIF is an informal association of several arbitral institutes in the region. It started in the year 2007. To date, RAIF consists of The Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb), the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb), the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb), the Arbitration Association of Brunei Darussalam (AABD), the Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI), The Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia (IAMA) and the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PIArb). This year the MIArb will host the RAIF Dinner at the Grand Ballroom, The Prince Hotel and Residence Kuala Lumpur. The dinner will be prepared by the Hotels award winning chef, Chef Ricky Thein of the Tai Zi Heen Restaurant and will offer a mouth watering spread of local delights. Chef Ricky is the recipient of Gold Medalist at the 5th World Golden Competition for Chinese Cuisine 2005 and was awarded the Silver and Gold Awards for the Excellent Service Award by SPRING Singapore for 2005 and 2006.
