We custom developed CRM software to connect our couriers with our order processing software to minimize the whole device repair experience to up to under 48 hours. AlertaiPhone updates customers about their device repair status in real time via email and SMS. Currently an Angel funded company disrupting and scaling both iPhone repair service and accessories Ecommerce. Repairs are crowd-sourced and we have the largest global network of local technicians. In 2013 we will begin providing service to Android devices.
