Founded in 2006 by HR Experts (Alumni of Warwick - UK), CIPD and University of Pune) with more than 30 years experience in HR working with leading corporates like BBC (UK),IBM, Bharti Airtel, HP (US) and Motorola (US).

Payment Terms
Consulting Fee: For Staffing(Contingent Hiring Model): For all the candidates who are hired through Recruitment Partner under this model, the professional fee would be as follows: 1. 8.33% of CTC for hiring candidates falling under junior level management with 0 5 years of experience 2. 12.5% of CTC for hiring candidates falling under middle level management with 5 10 years of experience

16.67% of CTC for hiring candidates falling under senior level management (up to Sr. Manager) with 10 - 15 years of experience

Along with applicable taxes For positions like AVP/VP/GM/DGM/CEO/CFO/CXO would fall under a different fee slab mentioned below: 18% of Annual CTC (rates would depend on the nature of requirement).

Payment Terms: Payments to be made within 30 days of the candidates joining. The Company shall ensure that we are given relevant salary details as soon as the candidate joins to enable Consultant to raise an invoice.

Delay in service fees beyond above terms from The Company to Recruitment Partner, will result into interest charges of 2.5% per month of the pending fees.

Replacement Clause:Should a person recruited by Recruitment Partner leave the organization within three months after employment, a fresh search would be conducted to replace the person with a suitable replacement acceptable to The Company within a period of 30 days after receipt of intimation from The Company to that effect at no additional fee, except when the candidates departure is the result of the clients action e.g. changes of title, job content, salary, location, reorganization, termination etc.
