In case you cannot see any project your LEAR or the participant contact forgot to give you a Role for the project you are working for. Please ask your LEAR or the participant contact to give you a role for the project. Please find here a list of the actual roles for the project:

Your LEAR or the participant contact should click at the button Add +.

After that the email address and e.g. the role Financial for the person who should be responsible for uploading the data of the Form-C should be inserted.

After getting your respective role you have to come back to this side and chose Financial Reporting (FR) for the project.

You will be forwarded to FORCE, one of the financial data systems of the EC. Please choose your respective row. You will find the notice Add Form C under the point Actions.

You will be forwarded to your own Form-C. Some data are inserted by the EC, already. Please upload the data for box 1 (Declaration of eligible costs, etc.) till box 6 (Beneficiarys declaration on their honour).

Explanation of the several boxes: Box 1: Please insert all costs incurred in the respective reporting period split into the several types of activities. Box 2: Please insert all other receipts you got for the project in the respective reporting period, but not the payments you got from the EC/coordinator for the project. Box 3: only for the Coordinator Box 4: Please choose this point if you have a certificate on the methodology accepted by the EC. Box 5: Please choose this point if you have already got a financial contribution >= 375.000 EUR at your accounts! Box 6: Please insert the name / s of the persons who will sign the Form-C, please note, that these persons must be the same as mentioned in the GPF-Forms. If these persons are different it is necessary that you have to send a letter which authorises the new persons to sign the Form-C approval of the EC.
