Data Storage Measured Values must be stored in a non- volatile flash memory. The PQ Analyzer must not contain moving parts like hard disk drives, fans, etc. in order to ensure highest long-time reliability. Instruments with moving parts mentioned earlier will not be considered acceptable.

Real-time Capabilities When in real-time mode the PQ Analyzer must be able to perform real-time analysis of voltage and current waveforms, phase displacement, real-time values of all parameters, harmonics spectrum, trends and others. This must be done with no stopgap measurement, meaning real-time analysis must be performed without stopping the measurement and data updates.

Software Packages Power Quality Evaluation Software. Automatic Report Writer based on International Reference Standards (IEC 61000-2-12). Data transfer and interface capabilities to an open database program (like Microsoft SQL) for performing network power analysis. Requisites Proponents must present demo unit of the actual model of the equipment offered, hardware and software and conducts actual sample measurement of data to verify performance. Certificates: 1. Calibration Certificate with Traceability 2. Warranty Certificate 3. The Harmonics and Flicker accuracy must be 3rd party certified
