Designed for product development on the bench-top with different extrusion hole sizes available, reduced height screens available for smaller batches. Adaptable to work with small batch sizes from a few tens of grams up to batch sizes of several kilos. Upgrades and additional options available as needed. Automatic data collection of operation parameters including product temperature is available. Interchangeable extrusion screens between laboratory and production models minimise issues with scale up from laboratory to production. The extruded product falls directly into the collection vessel avoiding the need for additional work on the product before transfer for the next processing step. Easily disassembled for cleaning and maintenance. Fully safety interlocked for your protection.

The Caleva Extruder 20 uses a limited amount of bench-top space whilst being a powerful work horse for product development.
