Preface
PT. ATMINDO is active in the design, manufacture, erected and has commissioned more than 200 boilers. PT. ATMINDO has since more than 20 years engineered and manufactured water tube boilers for the palm oil and sugar industry. At the present, more than 250 boilers are operated successfully in Indonesia and in several other countries. Sizes range from 10 t/h until 50 t/h with life pressure of approximately 20 - 38 bar (g). These boilers are manufactured 100% in PT. ATMINDOs workshop. The workshop is equipped with membrane wall manufacturing equipment. All boilers are erected, commissioned and lifetime maintained by our own technical crews. In regards to the manufacture and erection of the boilers, PT. ATMINDO strictly applies International boiler code using only imported materials with accepted inspection certificates for the manufacturing of pressure parts.The company also holds certificates to ISO 9001 and AD 2000 Merkblatt HP0. Due to the in depth design and manufacturing of our boilers, we can guarantee our customers a highest quality standard and a full technical back up service. All major materials, components and accessories are ready on stock. Experienced boiler engineers and field crews are on permanent stand by to quickly respond to any question or action requested by customers. We have also active in other market sector for example oil and gas project where we have experienced to build the pressure vessel tank, piping systems etc Enclosed are our reference lists of boilers manufactured since 1983 for your perusal.

Water Tube Boiler - The Solid Fuel Membrane Wall Boiler (SFMW)
In today's global economy, many types of combustible solid wastes are valuable energy resources therefore we are active in developing and designing boiler that allows to burn separately or in conjunction with other fuels. This versatility provides cost-effective options to meet energy requirements. Recycling and reduction of our world's waste stream is not only environmentally necessary, but also makes good business sense. Many industrial processes produce solid wastes of a high heating value, ideally suited for energy recovery. With many years of experiences, it has helped us to design and develop combustion equipment that is highly efficient, reliable and environmentally friendly by applying the principle of correct biomass combustion. Many types of biomass and combustible solid waste can be profitably used as fuel. These include bark, wood waste, shavings, sawdust and agricultural wastes such as sugar cane residue (bagasse), coffee refuse, sunflower shells and even poultry litter. These wastes produce insignificant levels of acid gas when compared to the fossil fuels they replace and are considers CO2 neutral since the carbon dioxide produced is used in the growth cycle of renewable fuel sources. Furthermore, reduction in volume of these wastes minimizes landfill requirements and related disposal costs. The boilers main feature is the use of membrane wall and a water-cooled grate either as fixed grate or VibroGrate. The boiler is a 2-drum design with 3 horizontal passes. The 1st pass comprises a welldefined furnace and a radiation room where the segregation of coarse fly ash takes place. The 2nd and 3rd pass contain the evaporator banks and the superheater, which is protected from heat overload. An economizer and/or air preheater can be furnished for increase of efficiency up to 90%.

VibroGrate
The principle of VibroGrate has been known for more than 50 years and has proven to be the best equipment for biomass combustion. The VibroGrate stoker combines spreader technology with automatic ash removal and water-cooled grates. It can be fired based on combustion conditions regardless to cooling air requirements. This water-cooling allows auxiliary fuel firing without ash cover protecting the grate. The ability to minimize undergrate air reduces excess air, ensures the most efficient use of overfire air that optimizes emission control and efficiency.

Combi Boiler (SFW)

Based on its own market know how as well as technical experience, PT. ATMINDO developed in close corporation with customers a combi boiler with a water tube combustion chamber and a fire tube rear end. Sizes range from 3 t/h to 12 t/h with life steam pressure from 10 to 25 bar (g). This type of boiler is mainly supplied to smaller plantations and industries, which have access to waste solid fuel.

ATMINDO designs, manufactures, installs and maintains a variety of pressure vessels such as sterilizers, heat exchangers, etc. These are many low-pressure vessels with a diameter up to 3,5 m and length up to 30 m.
