Other example in daily life Use of mobilephone during driving/crossing road/using stairs When driving, we sometimes not aware when our vehicle approaching the junction, traffic lights even though our driving lane is green. We must check in case there is other vehicle violating rules as precaution. In daily site activities, our worker may not wearing proper PPE for specific job e.g chemical handling, CS entry Most of us afraid to intervene others especially higher management. Therefore it is very important especially for management to embed / instill intervention culture because SAFETY is everybody business. If we reflect in daily life for negligence of hazards to others as example it is in our home when we put medicine in wrong place where our child may take and consume it, dangerous utensil such as knives not being put in higher place as our child may reach it.
