SEP 2011 - PRESENT NORTHERN CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY LOAN FUND: Consulting Analyst Developed a process to analyze consulting and client data using GIS alongside database applications. Created visual data maps using GIS that helped clients with facility planning and site selection, which showed geographical financing options using federal and foundation grants and loans. Created mapping products that led to NCCLF receiving multi-million dollar grants and contracts JUN 2009 - PRESENT CARTE GROUP: Founder and GIS Consultant Assisted organizations with business and mission expansions using GIS data and maps Prepared high-quality cartographic products, websites and logos that resulted in new marketing, branding and development of organizations. Performed advanced spatial analysis of real estate property values that lead to an increase in sales for various realtors. Provided technical support relating to issues with GIS software and hardware and trained two consultants in GIS and CADD from the ground up. AUG 2007 - AUG 2008 CITY OF BEAVERTON MAYORS OFFICE: Program Outreach Coordinator Researched, collected, and analyzed neighborhood and city data. Planned, coordinated, and implemented multiple large events, including the Annual Green Living Summit, which had the highest attendance and donation rates of all time. Trained 30 community volunteers about environmental regulations, urban planning and neighborhood demographic analysis and presented training material to multiple committees.
