1. An burning period of 45 minutes should be performed before any operation. 2. Parts that fail to meet the technical requirements, even after debugging, should be sent for repair with the duly completed process flow card. 3. Signal strength for relevant stations, unless otherwise stipulated, should be 653dBuv , digital signal is 553dBuv. 4. Activities of each process may adjust to the actual needs, provided the requirements on specifications and tact are met. 5. Any analog data which is not specified in this article should comply standard status. 6The way to enter the factory mode with user remote: Press Menu and select Balance then enter the number 0532. The way to enter and quit the factory mode with factory remote: Press M key. 7The way to enter the factory mode after press OK: Press Menu and select Balance then enter number of 0532;After getting into the factory mode,select FACTORY OPTION item and change U to M,then you can use factory remote normally. 8If you need change factory data, after you changed data, must press menu key, and waiting the menu disappear, make sure the data is correct changed.

BURNING MODE QUITTV CHECK I. Instruments, pallets and tools Factory Remote HYDFSR-N-WB User Remote EN-31603 Signal attenuator QF3110C Variable power supply(DH1718-4) Antenna lamp(DIY) II. Operation instructions 1 Quit burning mode ,Check the evenness of the color and brightness Press the factorys AGING key to quit burning mode.Press the factorys M key into the factory mode , then press the S2 key , Receive the red, green, blue, white signal and make sure the color and brightness are even. 2. Receive Philips graphic card signal via channel PB08. 1)Make sure the horizontal center and horizontal amplitude: Horizontal center deviation should remain within 2mm with the screen center line. Horizontal amplitude: make sure the boarder of the pattern just disappears. 2)Make sure the vertical center and vertical amplitude : Vertical center deviation should remain within 2mm with the screen center line. Vertical amplitude: make sure the boarder of the pattern just disappears. 1 1 1 1 1

3)Make sure the picture and white balance are defect free. Note : IF the white balance is deviative, enter factory mode and adjust the RDRV , GDRV and BDRV to make the color normal. 3.AGC confirmation: 1) Reduce the signal to 34dBuv, check vertical, horizontal and color sync, and check the sound. 2) Set signal density to 95dBuv, make sure the picture does not distort. 4. change the power source within the range required 100V/240V, make sure picture and sound remain normal. 5.Check the picture Receive pane signal via channel PC01 ,make it visibility clear by adjusting the brightnesscontrast ,confirm no bifurcationdithering and drawbench.

7 teletext mode check Receive PH signal via channel PB08.Set TV to the teletext mode by the TEXT key.Make sure the content and the color of page 201 are normal. Decrease and increase the pages, and make sure the osd is normal and no interferential phenomenon.Quit the teletxt mode by TEXT key. 8 Receive PH signal via channel PI34. Note: Graphic inspection confirmed that access to graphic display graphic information on the state and the normal can be.

VGA CHECK

Set TV to enter VGA mode , connect audio cable to VGA audio input terminal. 2. Receive the follow signals: 640 480 \800 600\1024 768\1280 768\1280 1024(half color bar) and make sure the picture and the white balance are normal. Receive half color bar, make sure the gray of 16 levels can be distinguished. 1 1 1 1

3 (1) IF the picture unnormal, Receive full color bar signals(1024*768/60HZ) from pc signal generator, Enter to M mode, press TILT key to do color optimization.Then receive the half color bar signal and confirm the gray of 16 levels can be distinguished. (2) IF the white balance is deviative, enter factory mode to adjust the RDRV , GDRV and BDRV to make the color normal.

Overall Inspection

Picture receipt check. 1) Receive Philips picture card signal via channel C08, make sure brightness and tint of the picture is among normal range. 2) Receive half color bar signal via channel Z16, make sure brightness and tint of the picture is among normal range. 2.Press the buttons and make sure the buttons function properly and All buttons should operate smoothly. 3. Sound 1) Receive signal via channel PC25, press VL+/-, make sure the volume does not change sharply, and there should be no distortion. Set volume to 60, make sure proper sound is maintained, and the TV set does not go vibrating abnormally. 1 1 1 1

4. Knock machine check 1) Receive Philips picture card signal via channel C08, set volume to medium. 2) Knock the machine with the hammer twice, check picture and sound. 5. Factory settings:

Enter the factory mode, base on the market to set language and country, and then Press ok key, when TV displays OK(green),and TV return to channel 1. Press menu key, make display user menu, and turn off the power.

If for special country, after press ok key, press user menu, make sure start up menu is off, and then change osd language, and change Auto Install to special country.
