Tha:rk you for your reply letter and invoice for the trial transcript. Enclosed, you will find a copy of the invoice you sent me along with check pa),ment in the amount of $427.09 so that you may immediately begin kanscription.

I understand that the Clerk's Office will receive an Original aad a copy ofthe trial transcript. I understand that Ms. McBnde and I each will receive a copy of 'rhe tnal transcript and this is a
shared expense.

As previously discussed, I prefer my copy ofthe transcript be delivered in PDF file format on disc in lieu ofa hard-copy. I request that the PDF file on disc be verified for frle lntegrity so that it can be easily opened and read directly from the disc.

I understand that it will take you approximately two weeks for you to complete the work and I am fine with that. However, two weeks is very close to the recent Court Order that has a May 27, 2013 deadline for submission ofthe trial transcript. I enclosed a copy confiming this.
Depending on the transcript completion status, I may have to request another extension of time on or around May 20,2013, out ofrespect to the Court, so that I don't closely push the May 27, 2013 deadline. Thank you so much for your assistance in this matter. Please don't hesitate to contact me ifthere are any questions or concems. I look forward to hearing from you aad delivery of the final
