DATA TO BE FURNISHED BY THE BIDDER AFTER AWARD OF CONTRACT 1.0 The BIDDER shall furnish the following drawings/documents for the GCB and accessories within 2 months from the date of award of Contract 1.1 Engineering Schedule indicating list of drawings, documents, data, performance curves, test certificates, manuals, etc. to be submitted by the BIDDER together with dates of submissions and category of approval i.e. for approval or for reference. 1.2 General Arrangement drawings for approval- a) Overall GA of GCB b) Local Control Panels Including all dimensional details, layout and maintenance requirements, details of supports required for piping and other accessories, cable entry details, earthing requirements, etc. 1.3 Foundation drawings for all equipment/accessories indicating the grouting details, static and dynamic loading data and any insert details for supporting structures and other equipment being supplied by the BIDDER. 1.4 Bill of materials including make, technical specification, etc. for all equipment/accessories.
1.5 Detailed cross-sectional drawings showing all relevant internal details of all equipment / accessories. 1.6 1.7 1.8 1.9 Detailed schematic drawings for all equipment/accessories. Manufacturing Plan. Detailed quality assurance plan. Final test procedures (at shop as well as at site).and Test Set-Up
1.10 Design calculations (wherever necessary) to prove the adequacy of the equipment offered. 1.11 2.0 Any other drawings/documents considered necessary. Following drawings shall be for reference and will not be approved

The BIDDER shall furnish two nos. copies of the instruction manual which contains detailed instructions for all erection, testing, operation and maintenance requirements. The manual shall be furnished at the time of despatch of the equipment and shall include the following aspects BEFORE START OF COMMISSIONING. 5.1 Outline dimension drawings showing relevant cross sectional views, earthing details and constructional features. 5.2 Catalogue numbers of all the components which need to be replaced during the life of the equipment. 5.3 5.4 5.5 5.6 Instructions for unpacking and handling at site. Storage for prolonged duration. Erection drawings with written assembly instructions that would enable to carry out erection.
