Chapter I

Introduction
A. RATIONALE AND BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY Many fast-food are found around the vicinity of Paete Science and Business College. All of them serve many varieties of meal. Being a student of Paete Science and Business College, concerning about what they eat inside and outside of school is important because it affects the performance of the students. Homemade meal is safer to eat because it is undoubtedly known on how it was prepared. Filipinos are usually eat their meal with family because they believe it is one of the tradition and of Filipinos that our ancestors done. They call it family time.

B. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM In completion of this study, the following questions will be answered: a) Why do many people choose eating at Fast-food Chain than eating at home? b) The advantages and disadvantages of eating homemade meals and fast-food meals? c) What is the difference homemade meals and fast-food meals in terms of cooking? d) What meal provides more health benefits, homemade meals or fast-food meal?

C. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY As researcher and also a student of Paete Science and Business College, we found out some information and idea about The Preference of College Students of PSBC between Fast-food Meal and Homemade Meal. One of the significance of the study is learning the main reason why college student prefer fast-food meal or homemade meal.

D. SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS The research will be limited only to the advantages and disadvantages of homemade meals and fast-food meals. Its financial and health benefits to people. The respondents will be the all college students of Paete Science and Business College who patronize fast-food meals and homemade meals in their everyday life as a student.

Chapter 2

Discussion
As a researcher and a student of Paete Science and Business College, many of respondents patronize or choose homemade meals than fast-food meals, it is because as most of the student like to lessen their expense. Like for example, instead of eating out at a fast-food chain or eatery will cost them too much to their allowance so they prefer to eat at home with their homemade meals. It also provide the needed energy they need because they dont need to measure their meal not like fast-food meals that you need to pay in order to eat. There a lot of benefits in eating homemade meals than eating fast-food meals. In homemade meals, you can eat more than usual without using your allowance and you can also take some to school for snack or lunch. The researchers conduct a survey and prepare a questionnaire about Preference of College Students of PSBC between Fast-food Meal and Homemade Meal with 50 respondents. Most of them are satisfied and preferred to eat homemade meals.

Chapter 3

Summary
In todays life, student wants their cost to be lessened. We love eating with family and friends. As a student at Paete Science and Business College, we believe that in order to budget our money we have to make a decision of lessening the expense and make a move or decision to prioritize eating homemade meals. Both gives us energy and strength.

Conclusion
As a conclusion, everyone has the right to choose and decide what they want. Their satisfactory is important. In choosing fast-food meals, students can make can choose whether what they like to eat and whats affordable. While choosing fast-food meal, majority of all respondents choose this because it is budget friendly and their allowance are consecrate to other more important things.

Recommendation
A further and deeper research is needed to be done to follow up this topic also together with discussing the comparison of The Preference of College Students of PSBC between Fastfood Meal and Homemade Meal.
