Objectives Using Apple Inc and LG as an example, analyses and compares the strengths and weaknesses of the two organizations. Compares and analyses these two organizations in strengths and weakness in management and other business practices such as the motivation, leadership, human resource management, culture and diversity, information technology, communication, good organizational structure and design, present market position, size, diversification, cost control, physical or financial resources, staffing, image or reputation, etc. Besides, based on the study, it also recommends changes needed for the two organizations to improve organizational performance and effectiveness. Recommendations will be given in management and other business practices areas which are included motivation, leadership, human resource management, culture and diversity, information technology and communication and other business practices are included organizational structure, marketing, cost control, product, etc. 2.
