Introduction
This project was made in order to see what are the user preferences when choosing a Smartphone and what are the most important criteria and alternatives in the process. There are a large number of criteria of course, but for the purpose of this project I have chosen the ones that I think are the most important in the use of a Smartphone: performance(screen, processor, storage capacity), social networking(here including mails, chat services, available applications, etc) and pricevalue ratio(perceived by the respondents). The chosen alternatives are 3 of the newest and most popular Smartphones from 3 different manufacturers: LG(LG Optimus L8), Apple(iPhone 5) and Samsung(Samsung Galaxy S4).
