If an error occurs during operation of the library, the library stops the current operation and displays an error code on the LCD screen. Unless otherwise noted in the Troubleshooting table , try to resolve the error by cycling power to the library and retrying the last operation. If the error persists, contact support personnel, see HP Technical Support .
Example: The OCP error log displays: Err 0: 9B 43 15, Enter for Text . The code 9B is the main error code, 43 is the error sub-code, and 15 is sub-code specific information for factory use only. The Date/Time is in the format: YYYY-MM-DD and the hours will be in 24h clock format. Example: On the RMI error log, an error entry will be displayed as:
