Executive Summary 1. Educational Start-up Focused On Sportsmen Academic Performance A platform to enhance the academic proficiency of school athletes To translate the positive attitude, right motivation and team spirit adopted from their respective sports into their academic learning 2. A Complete Yet Customizable Package For All Sportsmen Schools have the flexibility to decide the modules/subjects their school athletes require. Based on market findings, the subjects in demand are English, Mathematics and Science. E3s Sportsmen Academic programme (SAP) is designed to complement the training schedule of the school athletes ensuring that time is being optimized and fruitfully utilized before/after their training sessions. 3. Reaching Out to 20 CCAs Per Year (Marketability And Scalability) E3 is currently operating in St Andrews Secondary School catering to the Rugby and Hockey CCA groups. E3's target markets are the Primary and Secondary Schools CCAs in Singapore. E3 plans to reach out to an average of 20 sports groups per year. 4. Strategic Alliances E3 Discovery would partner with schools, educational content providers and sports personnel to bring about both educational and motivational content to the sportsmen. At the same time, E3 would be working closely with the coaches, teachers and parents of the sportsmen to identify and tackle the difficulties these students face in their studies. 5. $50 000 from YES! Startups For E3 Discovery The $50 000 from the Young Entrepreneurs Scheme for Startups would be used to pay for our overhead costs such as rental and maintenance, staff salary and marketing efforts.

Development Plans for the next 12 months 2 prong Marketing Strategy which comprises lateral marketing campaign and vertical marketing campaign. Lateral marketing campaign includes launching pilot programmes with the Core CCAs of 2 other schools.
