They formed their own corporate Democracy in the District of Columbia, AKA the UNITED STATES, and the people were drawn in due to their ignorance. The good news is that the federal Democracy is VOLUNTARY. In the past, Americans couldn't figure it out, since they didn't realize that the funny-money FRN's are a gov't BENEFIT, so this has to BE REJECTED FIRST, otherwise you remain under their jurisdiction, no matter how many sovereign declarations you have, unless you openly protest out of necessity. Only silver and gold coins are REAL money. FRN's are a gov't BENEFIT. "Dear State Representative, The US Federal Government is a now a Full-term abortion. It is over. There is corruption, there are lies, there is nepotism, there is theft, and there is fraud. I could spend hours listing all that has surfaced, during the past month alone, but there is one topic that has been trampled on way too many times, and that is the Bill of Rights. I am only 40 years old, but never in my short life has the question of basic, natural rights come up so often in the news as any of the Bill of Rights has over the past 6 months. Without the Bill of Rights, we are no longer special. Without the Bill of Rights, we are no longer free.

US Government declares secession from the people

So you can ABORT their corporate/ federal Democracy, by redeeming your paychecks in lawful money, and NOTIFYING THEM that you use their funny-money FRN's ONLY under Duress, and under protest, with a Lawful Money Affidavit. ************************************* Then we just should be able to give a copy of our affidavit to a cop who wants to enforce upon us their corporate State rules, and tell him "YOUR UNITED STATES AUTHORITY WAS TERMINATED". If you don't have a VERIFIED complaint, I'll call the Sheriff to report attempted kidnapping. ************************************* And one more thing. Contrary to popular opinion, gold and silver American Eagle coins are NOT Lawful Money. At least not in the current corporate Democracy. If they were, the banks would have to GIVE THEM TO YOU upon demand for lawful money, pursuant to 12 USC 411. They are being minted on authority of the Gold Bullion Act of 1985, Public Law 99-185. Section 2(3) states "For purposes of section 5132 (a)(1) of Title 31, all coins minted under this subsection shall be considered numismatic items". And the same wording is in the Silver Eagle and Gold Buffalo legislation. So the silver and gold Eagle coins are lawful money ONLY in the Republic, which is INSIDE of the 50 states of the Union, NOT OUTSIDE in the corporate United States. This is why the IRS values them by their gold content, NOT by their face value, for taxing purposes.

Hunches are not Constitutional. They are exactly opposite of being Constitutional. If this is the US Government representing America, then there is no such thing as America any more, and therefore, no need to Secede at all. The US Govt. seceded from the People, and Texas needs to start nationalizing US Government assets immediately. The US Government is an Abortion from America and Liberty, and everyone recognizes that fact now. What are you going to do about it?
