Bidder to furnish Deviation List in attached format as enclosed with this TQ. Bidder to furnish Weight data in attached format as enclosed with this TQ. Bidder to note & confirm that Project specifications shall be applicable wherever available. Bidder to furnish List of Start up & Commissioning spare parts. Bidder to furnish list of 2 years operational spare parts as optional. Bidder to furnish Manufacturing Delivery Schedule. Bidder to furnish Quality system manual. Bidder to confirm that all documents as per RFD shall be submitted. All document shall be in English language and meteric unit. Bidder shall follow document numbering as per document numbering procedure (which will be provided by Purchaser later) Bidder to note & confirm that All inspection & Test Plan including complete inspection, QA/QC and testing requirement shall be as per Spec. & RFI for Power Transformer. Bidder to furnish Reference List of similar item supplied. Bidder to note that Local Sub vendors are NOT acceptable & it shall be as per Company approved Vendor list. Painting for all material shall be as per Project painting specification FD520-0000-MW-SP-1027. Bidder to note & confirm that the design life of supplied equipments shall be not less than 25 year. Bidder to furnish the type test report and certificates of similar transformers. Bidder to note & confirm that the 6 % Short circuit impedence shall be without any negative tolerance. Bidder to note & confirm that minimum degree of protection for main terminal boxes and marshalling/auxiliary boxes shall be IP55. Bidder to note & confirm that transformer thermal ability to withstand symetrical short circuit current (63KA) shall be 2 Seconds.

Positive/Zero Sequence reactance & X/R Ratio Stray Load losses Bidder to note & confirm that the primary winding cable box shall be suitable for cable size of 3C X 150 sq mm. Bidder to note & confirm that the secondary winding cable box shall be suitable for cable size of 8 runs of 1C185 sq mm per phase (total 24 cables of 1C185 sq mm for power) and 4 x 1C185 for neutral (4 cables of 1C185 sq mm). Bidder to note & confirm that a separate marshalling cabinet shall be provided for the auxiliaries supply of fans, space heater (if any) CTs, pressure switch, temperature switch etc. All connection shall be wired upto the terminal of marshalling box for external connection. For cooling fans and space heater (if any) one point 230V supply shall be provided. Further distribution to various fans shall be in vendor's scope. Bidder to note & confirmt that DGPT2 (Detection of gas, pressure & temperature) for transformer shall be provided. Bidder to note that the space on the platform is limited, So bidder to keep the weight & size of transformer as minimum as possible. Bidder to note that FY-A crane capacity is of 5 Ton, hence the weight of transformer shall be with in capacity of crane. Bidder to note & confirm that tropiclization of transformer suitable for marine environment shall be provided.
