FFL and FGL of TG Building Co-ordinates of TG Building from Plant (0,0) point Total length and Width of TG Building (Over all length and width of both electrical and TG Bay) Length and Width of individual bay's of TG Building. Clear description tabulation for each and every equipments in floor with proper identification labeling, dimensions and load detail etc. X and Y dimensions of each equipment center line from building column CL. Recommended locations of windows & doors and it's types (Alumimium glass window / Fixed glass window / Single door / Double door / Sliding door) Reference drawing no. of each and every equipments in floor and relevant drawings of TG Building remaining floors as required. Legends & Symbols, General notes and special notes about plinth beam and condenser pedestal etc. Depth of pits (CEP & Drain pot pit etc.),approaching ladder or rungs and hand railings around its periphery as applicable. Inside drain trench @ ground floor with it's proper dimensions and slope direction towards outside of the building and over all drain trench. Ramp for Maintenance bay and other applicable bays as required. Cable trenches with proper dimensions and type of covering provided as applicable (Grills / Chequered plates / Pre-casted RCC Slabs etc.) Cable shaft, Cable trays and Bus duct as applicable with its elevation details. Hot air Exhaust duct for compressors as applicable Approaching stair-case at two opposite corners of the building (One @ inside of the building which is up to operating floor and another one @ outside of the building which is up to deaerator floor/ Control room top. (If any layout constrain, pls. explain) (Mid landing elevations of each stair cases to be indicated). Routing of Main piping (MCW, Main steam line and Process piping etc.) PRDS station Locations and access walk way Ventilators (Exhaust fans/ Roof extractors/ Side wall extractors) at appropriate locations as applicable. Monorail locations at applicable areas Cutout locations with proper dimensions and hand railings around its periphery as applicable. P&V and AC Duct routing and indicative locations of supply air grills of P&V system Floor handrails with toe plates/ Chequered plates and Floor grills at all applicable areas. Toilet and Wash rooms at ground floor and Operating floor level. Tube removal space (Ejector, GVC and Feed water heaters etc.), Generator rotor removal space and Lay down space etc. Depth of false flooring and False ceiling provided at applicable area's and approaching stair from adjacent RCC floor to top of false flooring if required. Acoustic proof entrance for control room as applicable Inter connecting platform from TG Building to Boiler @ operating floor and Deaerator floor levels as applicable (Insert plate plats @ RCC Beams / columns to mount the platform with RCC TG Building) Inter connecting platform from TG Building to Air cooled condenser Fan deck level as applicable. Table for all main and Stub columns height. Gap provided in and around TG Deck for isolating vibration transmission.
