PRELIMINARY

2,200-3,500 LB CAPACITY WALKIE STACKERS

Introduction
Cat Lift Trucks offers a wide variety of walkie stackers that deliver results in demanding material handling environments. With light-duty and heavy-duty, straddle and fork-over configurations, these models are ideal for specific functions where travel is limited and stacking is required such as in manufacturing or assembly facilities, staging areas for transportation, or where an elevated work bench may be required. The lone fork-over model, SF2200, is a light-duty 2,200 lb capacity walkie stacker that features a compact design and tight turning radius for use in environments where skids, carts, or containers without bottom boards need to be moved, stacked, or staged. Straddle models include the light-duty 2,200 lb capacity SS2200, and two heavy-duty models, the SS3000 and SS3500 which feature 3,000 lb and 3,500 lifting capacities respectively. These heavy-duty models are versatile enough to handle a wide variety of pallet sizes thanks to the adjustable base leg opening design. Other standard features include an electromagnetic brake to help prevent unintentional movement on ramps or other inclines, rollback protection, and long life Vulkollan wheels.

Standard Features: SS2200 And SF2200 Light-Duty Walkie Stackers

Full rated capacity retained at maximum fork height. Virtually maintenance free DC drive motor and controller. 2, 12 volt, 60 Ah maintenance-free batteries as part of the on-board battery and charging system. Low-hinged handle is offset, and the low profile of the chassis improves visibility of the fork tips and maximizes the distance between the operator and the truck. Multi-function, ergonomically designed control handle reduces operator fatigue and allows operators to lift, lower, travel and sound the horn with minimal effort. Vulkollan drive and load wheels. Advanced regenerative braking recovers energy through plugging, when the travel control is returned to neutral (coasting) and when the handle is released (braking). Drive control features electric braking, reducing wear on the brake pad. Single-level access to components reduces troubleshooting and repair time.

All of these walkie stackers feature Advanced Regenerative Braking, which reduces battery consumption, 500 hour service intervals, which reduces maintenance costs, and single level access to components for reduced repair and troubleshooting time.

500 hour service intervals reduce PM frequency and overall maintenance cost. Control handle switches are rated for at least 1 million cycles, and the chassis and lift assembly were tested for durability with rated loads. Rollback protection to help prevent unintentional

Full capacity retained to over 156 inches. Low hinged control handle maximizes the distance between the operator and the truck, and the offset position allows the operator to easily see around a load for accurate positioning and placement of the pallet. Multi-function, ergonomically designed control handle reduces operator fatigue and allows operators to lift, lower, travel and sound the horn with minimal effort. Crawl speed button allows for operation with the handle in a fully vertical position. Slender mast design maximizes visibility, improving operator productivity. Adjustable base legs to accommodate a wide variety of pallet sizes. Rugged, torsion-resistant steel construction for dependable performance. 500 hour service intervals reduce PM frequency and overall maintenance cost. Control handle switches are rated for at least 1 million cycles, and the chassis and lift assembly were tested for durability with rated loads. Rollback protection to help prevent unintentional movement on gradients such as ramps. Keyswitch to prevent unauthorized access. Separately excited DC drive motor and matched controller for consistent speed control loaded and unloaded. Battery cables are enclosed in the battery compartment and a disconnect handle helps to protect cables from damage.
