NATURE TO BUSINESS 1.

Definition of : a) Business : It is a process of selling or buying products or services to gain profit at end ,or for other purpose such as helping and that kind of aim its call charitable organization. b) Consumer : Is an customer or a person who buying product or service. c) Employee : The person who working under the owner and getting orders from it. d) Investor : The person put money in project for financial return purpose and almost has not manage .Generally the returns come back to the investor while the lost or gain , but some of them has not any responsibility about anything just get many percentage with period of time. e) Business owner : The person who carry all responsibility for that company , so is going to manage it ,and an employees under their must be do their order. 2. What is organization and why it is formed? It is a group of people working to gather to reach them aim and objectives within a period of time. However, it is formed because is consists from various people and comes from various environment that have different objectives ,reasons , opinions ,style ,skills ,resources and experience. 3. Clearly explain about organization common characteristic. Most of business organization sharing on these common characteristics goal and objectives, using the resources for example labour , capital ,land and business owner. Plus have manager for it and they are accountable to different parts such as owners , employees ,consumers and governments bodies. 4. Production, Finance, Human Resource and Marketing are some of the functions of business. a) Production : The side which have machines to make a products, and the first response about quality of the products.

b) Finance : A place where money come in and go out such as salaries discharge to employees , and it carry whole responsibilities if there any mistake in accounts , casher , Account Manager, Payment Receive. c) Human Resource :The department (its maybe just a single person or more ) in a company that is or are charge of personnel. The responsibilities of the HR department usually include hiring , discipline ,training , termination and employee benefits. d) Marketing : Is informing the consumer of promoting and selling products or services by so many ways that is innovative ,informative ,interesting , and creative. One of the important parts of marketing is finding a way to gain and customers. Such as do special overs and advertisement. 5. What is organization structure? Explain Three types of organizational structure with diagram. A grouping of different position and departments within a company , which all have separate job but work together to operate as one team of the company.
