La especificidad de las investigaciones antropolgicas no puede encontrarse -en opinin de la autora los campos o escenarios en los cuales se investiga ni en el tipo de tcnicas a que se recurre, sino e uso a que stas son sometidas por parte de un investigador que se ha formado lo que -a falta de otro tr mejor- puede denominarse una mirada antropolgica y que, a la vez, las inserta dentro de un proceso etnogrfico de investigacin. Se impone, por tanto, en primer lugar, calibrar en qu pudiera consistir es mirada y, en segundo lugar, establecer las principales consecuencias metodolgicas que se derivan de l procesos etnogrficos. Por otro lado, en el artculo se defiende la idea (positivista?) de que la antropol no debe renunciar al empleo de procedimientos de cuantificacin, al mismo tiempo que se opta por con las tcnicas de investigacin (a la manera de Hammersley y Atkinson) como situaciones sociales, por c las definiciones que los agentes sociales hacen de las situaciones creadas por la entrevista, la encuesta cualquier otra tcnica no dejan de incidir en sus acciones y, por consiguiente, en la naturaleza de los da que se producen.
ABSTRACT

The specificity of anthropological researches is -in the author's opinion- neither in the grounds or scenarios in which it is investigated, nor in the type of skills that is applied, but rather in the usage b researcher, who has been formed according to a "anthropological focus" and who, at the same time, ins these skills inside the process of ethnographical research. Therefore it is necessary first, to know what

focus could consist of and second, to establish the main methodological consequences that are derived ethnographical processes. This article defends the idea that anthropology should not refuse quantificati procedures. At this same time it must consider research skills (in the way of Hammersley and Atkinson form of social situations, in that the definitions that the social agents make in the situation created by th interview, survey, or any other skill should impact on their actions and, consequently, in the nature of t that are obtained.
