i) loading & unloading of bricks, sand, cement, brick chips, stone chips,MS rod etc. into/from truck, tractor or van. ii) carrying of bricks, sand, cement, brick chips, stone chips,MS rod etc. if these are stacked beyond 20m from the working point. iii) any unforseen items of work outside LCS-BoQ and rates are not available in LGED rate schedule
Notes : If any LGED approved item of works outside the item of works mentioned above is required due to variation of works then LCS labour rate shall be prepared similarway following LGED's current approved rate analysis.
