Background
WSP was appointed to identify the most appropriate scheme to mitigate Arborfield Garrison SDL development (3,500 houses) Stage 1A Scheme Identification Stage 1B will gain certainty of delivery and costs of the recommended scheme Stage 2 will complete the Planning Application Stage 3 will prepare Construction Drawings and Tender documents for construction

The draft report has been reviewed by officer disciplines It has been reported to local Councillors and Members (09 July) Land owners directly affected have been contacted This event provides details of the technical recommendation (15 July) It will be discussed at Executive (July 2013) ( )
