NOTICE FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF ARCHITECT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BSVS at Tonk Bank of Baroda invites application for prequalification for

appointment of Architect from Firms of repute for the following work. Name of the Project Estimated cost (Approx) Construction of office building at Khasra No- 1.00 crore 520/1 Village Wazirpura, Tehsil Tonk, Distt. Tonk Brief description of Work Construction of Building having GF + 1+Terrace floors with RCC with all services and site development including flooring, interior designing, related electrical, net-work cabling, bought out items etc. Architects who are desirous of tendering for above work and fulfills following requirements only need to apply. Experience of having successfully completed similar* jobs i.e. last 7 years (as on 31.03.2012) should be either of the following: a) Two similar* completed works each costing not less than Rs. 50 lakhs. OR b) One similar* completed work costing not less than Rs 80 lakhs. Or c) Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs 40 Lakhs Having sufficient experienced technical personnel and other setup and resources, to supervise the project and complete it well in time with superior quality of materials and workmanship as per standard specifications. The Architect should be member of the Council of Architecture. The Architect should possess B. Arch degree from approved college / institution. The firm should have local presence / office in the city of Kota.

(Similar* Work: - The Architect should have successfully completed the construction of building with value of work desired by Bank.) Scope of Work : - Scope shall include planning and designing of building, preparation of layout, preparation of estimates and tenders of various trades such as civil, electrical, interiors, plumbing etc. Scope of work shall also include for supervision of work, coordination with various agencies, certification of bills, taking measurements, obtaining statutory approvals / NOCs as applicable from local bodies in such type of projects. Applications by those firms who do not submit Performance Certificates from their previous employers are liable to be summarily rejected.
