As a fresher's I need experience and scope for improve my skill and also learn. Being a fresher's I do not expect much salary. I expect that you give me salary which I deserve and also which is enough to meet economical Standard in the city where I work.

Well. I am expecting to get job in a city where expenses are high. My parents will be aged by then and I am their only child. So they will be dependent on me. So salary should be sufficient enough to help me survive in a city as well as help my parents survive where they will be living.

This questions is common and very interviewer will ask this at the end of the interview, so as per my knowledge either you are fresher or experienced your 1st priority should be the work responsibility. If you can do it then you will meet the salary expectations. So do not reveal your salary expectation first to your interviewer as you may lose and make it limited always move with company norms or industry standards they will tell you what they are offering for particular position.

I think salary should be paid to every employee according to his work, responsibility, skill, and job profile, since every employee get paid according to his profile for example a manager get paid well than a supervisor. If supervisor got paid more than manager then there would not be healthy industrial relationship so I think every selector or interviewer should keep this thing in his mind.

Every employee when they gained experience they will have the expectation on their salary, because they know how much capable they are. Similarly being a fresher as I know my capability I would also expect some range of salary. If I tell 8LPA you will get shocked and if you tell 2LPA I will get shocked. So test my capability as much you want and pay me as I worth how much to your view. Thank you.
