DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The contest is organised by CENIT AG, a company with headquarters in Stuttgart, Industriestrae 52-54, D-70565 Stuttgart, Tel.: +49 711 7825 30, Fax: +49 711 7825 4000 and branches in Romania, Switzerland and North America, hereafter referred to as Cenit ORGANISER, in collaboration with Dassault Systmes, 10 rue Marcel Dassault, CS 40501, 78946 VELIZY VILLACOUBLAY CEDEX , France, hereafter referred to as DS ORGANISER, where the parties are collectively referred to as the ORGANISERS.

2. Competition stages:

3. Candidates shall register via the CENIT website, by filling in the registration form. Following registration, each participant will receive an e-mail containing the link that they must access, along with a user name and password. The e-mail will also contain, as an attachment, a document with instructions for access and use. 4. The information about the method used to access the test received from the Organisers via e-mail is confidential and non-transferable. 5. Candidates can only register once, and each person can only receive one user name.

Who can take part?

6. The contest is open to all persons who use or are familiar with the DS platform, except for employees of CENIT, Dassault Systmes and other Dassault Systmes partners. Registration:

SELECTION OF THE WINNERS

8. The system will record the correct answers and the time allocated for completing the test. The winners shall be selected depending on the accuracy of their answers and the quickness with which the answers are provided.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

9. The organisers undertake to keep the personal data of the participants in this contest confidential and use it in accordance with these rules and the legislation in force in each country. 10. The test results will be kept by the organisers and will not be shared with any third parties.

PROCEDURE FOR PRIZE VALIDATION AND RECEIPT

12. The list of winners, along with their scores and corresponding time, will be posted on 04 March. 13. The prize will be sent to the winners by post at the address specified in the registration form, within 10 working days from announcing the winners.

DISPUTES

14. Should any disputes occur between the Organisers and the participants in this content, these will be resolved amicably. If such disputes cannot be resolved amicably, the parties involved will refer to the competent court of jurisdiction over the Organisers' premises in order to resolve the dispute. Any complaints or notifications relating to this contest must be submitted in writing at the address Industriestr. 52-54 - D-70565 Stuttgart.

FINAL PROVISIONS

15. This contest can end before the deadline in the event of force majeure, including if the Organisers find it impossible to continue the contest for reasons independent of their will.
