SECTION 1. Tomas Morato Avenue. one (1) lot deep both sides from E.
Rodriguez Avenue to Scout Albano Quezon City, is hereby re-olusifiedlre
zonod from its presort zoning olassifications to SptJCial Development Zone, in
aooordance with theprovisioJls of tho "Quezon City Zonin@ Ordinanoe of 1992".
SECTION 2. All pennitted uses allowed in a Major Coll'lllWfCial (C-2) Zone

SECTION 5. Existing establisJunents along Tomas Avcrwe that are
listed in 2 hereof, slulll be given a grace period of one (1) year by which to
phase-out their businesses. Thereafter, their bUSIDes!: pennits and/or ocoupancy
penni" shall no looser renewed.

SECTION 6. Any person who shall establish mld/or to operate after

penalty of imprisomnent of not. more than six (6) months or a fine of not more than
Five Thousand Pesos (P5.00(LOO) or both such imprisonment and fme at the
discretion of the Court..
SECTION 7. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval
