Cameron's centrifugal products group has been a leading global manufacturer of centrifugal compressors since 1955, when the Joy Manufacturing Company began operations in Buffalo, New York. Our TA (Turbo-Air) compressor line operates up to 12,000 hp and 1,000 psig and is designed to fulfill your standard plant air needs that reside in the 600 CFM to 35,000 CFM range. Our MSG (Multi-Stage Geared) compressors are application engineered and operate up to 20,000 hp and 1,000 psig and are designed for a wide flow range, 600 - 90,000 CFM. Our centrifugal products aftermarket team completes our product offering and is geared toward providing parts and services for all your compressors, not just those produced by Cameron.

Centrifugal compressor UPGRADES

Aerodynamic Modifications
As plant processes change, so do compressed air requirements. Cameron offers a variety of aerodynamic modifications that will adjust your existing compressors performance to meet current compressed air demand requirements, resulting in maximum operating efficiency.
Re-Aero - Compressors can be re-rated to meet higher or lower pressure and flow. TA 38/48 Enhancement We can replace a TA 38/48 air-end with a new TA6000 air- end which will provide greater range in flow and rise to surge. 5-Axis Milled Impellers Can provide 2 5% gain in efficiency.

Inlet Guide Vanes

Our innovative inlet guide vanes replace conventional inlet butterfly valves for substantial energy savings. IGVs impart a whirling motion to inlet air flow in the same rotational direction as the first stage impeller. As a result, less horsepower is required to deliver rated air flow and pressure. Payback on the purchase of an IGV can occur in as little as six months.

Maestro panels are state-of-the-art control systems designed to operate your compressors at peak performance with minimum energy consumption. Control systems are offered in both PLC and microprocessor based packages - the choice is yours. Maestro panels are standard on all Cameron plant-air compressors and are available as an aftermarket upgrade on all brands of centrifugal compressor products.

TurboBlend Lubricants
Oil contaminants, even if microscopic, act as sandpaper on your gearing and bearings. Lubrication oil plays a critical role in compressor performance and longevity of parts. Cameron offers two of the best compressor lubricants in the market.
TurboBlend 46 The only lubricant formulated specifically for Cameron Compressors TurboBlend Synthetic 32 A synthetic blend formulated for all centrifugal and screw compressors that require a high performance ISO 32 lubricant.

Filters
Inlet filters are a very important and often overlooked accessory which prevents expensive and critical failures due to foreign material entering the compressor inlet. The tight tolerances and high speeds, common in centrifugal compressors, require filters of the highest quality and standards. Our filters are rigorously tested and approved for use in all industrial air compressors.

ReliaDrain Condensate Drains

ReliaDrain is the ideal solution for draining condensate from your compressed air system with zero air loss. These electronic, level controlled, on-demand condensate drains are available in three sizes to fit the needs of most compressed air systems (pressure range 40 230 PSI / voltage: 110 / 220).
