Resound Magazine Chief Marketing Officer June 2012-Present After helping launch Resound Magazine, I began establishing its brand and developing a platform to grow the magazine into a national network. I develop and lead all promotional efforts, connecting Resound Magazine to the campus and local community, while maintaining a consistent brand identity. BooneOakley Creative Intern June 2012-August 2012 I headed an engaging and talked about self-promotional effort for BooneOakley, worked on various copywriting and creative tasks, and helped compose two more full campaigns: one for Bojangles, and one for the Childrens Attention Home. Workroom Project Team Member January 2013-May 2013 I participated in the redevelopment of the consumer retail experience through a partnership with multiple national brands and the University of North Carolina---the only venture of its kind in the country. This included prototyping in-store, e-commerce and event concepts; developing strategic partnerships between brands; and designing the branding and marketing for the new entity. I was chosen, along with 3 others, to present the campaign in front of the judges table at the NSAC competition. rAVe Publications May 2012-June 2012 The Game Intern Traveled to the InfoComm 2012 Las Vegas tradeshow to implement an immersive social media and in person interactive "Game" that I had worked the month prior to create and also promote with an imaginative video. More importantly, I got to run around in a Wookie suit with a T-shirt cannon. BoUNCe Magazine August 2011-June 2013 Writer and Publicist I wrote satirical articles, calling attention to the humor in the mundane, and making fun of everybody from that scandalous politician to that awkward friend you dont wave at anymore.
