Since Jan11 to Jun12 with Vodafone Essar Pvt Ltd as an Executive MIS Co-Ordinator (Backend Operation) Handling VAS service (CRBT, MCI,GPRS,Voice) for Orissa circle. Key responsibilities:-

Handling VAS service (CRBT, GPRS, MCI &Voice packs) for Orissa circle. Optimal utilization of promotional tools used for VAS Back end support for data management- Maintenance of reports related to conversions from promotions, revenue generation & acquisition Telecalling Activity- Coordination with telecalling partner to ensure maximum genuine conversions. Vendor Management- Cross calibration with vendors for promotional activities & resolution of customer complaints within TAT Ensure providing lucrative database to maximize conversions OBD Promotions to subscribers for increasing the penetration of various services. Since June 10 to Dec 10 with Dishnet wirless Limited(Aircel) as an Executive MIS CoOrdinator (Backend Operation) Handling Usage & Revenue. Key responsibilities:-

ZDC subs: Give disruptive offer to bring them back. Segment wise customers tracking on the basis of tariffs/products. Dashboards & MIS Reporting to Top Management for decision making purpose. Tracking of Competition Tariff & Validity Vouchers and sharing with the team to ensure that our offerings are competitive in the Market. Determining project specific research requirements and approach to collecting data. Extraction of Daily Recharge Dump, segregate accordingly to categorize with Value Voucher, Top Up, RCV, FRC etc. Daily Tracking of Unique Recharge base of the customer. Check the VLR status. Find out the VLRA & VLR Gap Base, check their AON, then send the base for telecalling give them offer based on their previous usage pattern. Preparing the Decrement file which contains DREC & ZDC customer base & if the DREC customer stop their Decrement, then give them extra promotional offers. Daily tracking of unique users & churn customers base. Communication SMS Blast. OBD (Auto Dialer). Telecalling Base. Cell Info Display. USSD Script Generation. Segmentation of the Customer base for daily promotional activities including SMS,OBDs & Telecalling. Extracting the base of the customer comes under ZDC (Zero Decrement Customer) & ZRC (Zero Recharge Customer) and sends it the same to the Call Center for up selling of product with different circle promotions.
