Launch the Client Security Solution program. After being authenticated, the m ain screen will be displayed. 2. Click Help in the menu bar, and then click About. The version number will be displayed. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS - Windows XP operating system (32-bit) or Windows Vista operating system - Client Security Solution 8.21.0020.00 - Latest version of the BIOS - 1.5 GB of free hard disk drive space - 512 MB of memory (recommended) - 8 MB of VRAM (Video Random Access Memory) shared memory set in the BIOS

- Upgrade and compatibility: None --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Note: If the Client Security Solution 8.21 program works properly with the Mozil la Firefox 4 Web browser and later version on your computer, it might not be necessary to apply the patch . To determine whether you should apply the patch, refer to the VERSION INFORMATIO N section. Manual installation To download and install the patch on your computer manually, do the following: Note: This section assumes to use the Internet Explorer Web browser and Windows Explorer. 1. Click the file link for the executable on the Web page. 2. When prompted, select a drive and directory to save and extract the executabl e. 3. Locate the folder where the executable was extracted. 4. Double-click the executable and follow the instructions on the screen to com plete the installation. Note: During the installation process, make sure to select the checkbox next to "Run FireFoxFix after Finish", and then click Finish. 5. Restart your computer.
