Scope of Document: This document helps us to do the PRC4 FULL LOAD History: This is a type of Business transaction for which we do full loads on specific work days We will perform on WD 4, 5, 6, 7 and 13 Cube: GLRCC001 DSO: GWFDPC01 Data Source: 0EC_PCA_1 (Profit center transaction data) R/3 side source system: G4P470 Date from R/3 source system is loaded to PSA of the BW data source with the help of info package. With the help of transformations and DTP data is transferred from BW data source to DSO. With the help of transformations and DTP data is brought to the cube from the DSO.

AGGREGATES: Aggregates are built on the cube for the faster retrieval of data during the reporting process. Rollup is done to get the new loads to be loaded into the aggregates.

Procedure for doing the PRC4 full load: Step1: Go to RSA1 transaction in the BW system. Step2: Find the cube GLRCC001 with the help of FIND button. Step3: Deactivation of Aggregates This can be done by right clicking on the cube and finding the option: MAINTAIN AGGREGATES

Select the aggregate and deactivate it by pressing on the deactivate button.

Then the following window will come

Click on yes.

The status of aggregates will be red In this way aggregates are deactivated. Step4: click on the manage button of the cube

In the requests tab you will be finding the requests to cube for loading of the data. Delete the request which is a full load request from the requests. This can done by selecting the respective request and clicking on the delete button.

Step5: Activate the aggregates. Go back to the cube and right click->maintain aggregates->select->and click on activate button

The follow window will appear.

Click on the start.

The status of aggregates will be green In this way the aggregates are activated.

Step6: now go for the DSO GWFDPCO1 with the help of find button.

Step7: Do the selective deletions in the DSO (previous month & PRC4 & G4P470)

Step8: This can be done by clicking the following path Manage->contents->selective->selection deletion

We will do deletion selections for Business transaction type: PRC4 Fiscal period: Previous month (according to P&G calendar it is 10th month we will do for 09/2011) Source system: G4P470

Step9: Drilldown the DTP below of the DSO There we can find the DTP running between the DSO and data source 0EC_PCA_1 There u can find that an info package is running between 0EC_PCA_1 and G4P470 source system. ZPAK_4CFJWH326VZ6PCYEP69AASLPX

If we click on the info package it will show in the update tab that it is a full load Click on the schedule and tab and start the info package. This helps in loading the data from source system to PSA of the data source

Step10: click onto DTP_4D9TCHBLWTDRBB8UR6EAY2RBA which is loading the data from the data source to the DSO Execute the DTP by clicking on the execute button in the execute tab of the DTP

Step11: Come to cube and drill down for the DTP DTP_4D82I8BGIUJFPN6T6WH664UIV which is loading data from DSO to cube and execute the DTP by pressing execute in the execute tab.

Step 12: Rollup the cube so that the aggregates will receive the new data loads. We will find the rollup tab in the manage option of the cube And provide the request id which is getting the full load and press the execute button (13)

In this way PRC4 full loads are done.
