GAPCO/GAPOIL TANZANIA LIMITED SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES FOR REPAIR WORK ITEM DESCRIPTION: Hack existing concrete surround holding the frame and damaged plaster and cart away debris.Apply 20mm thick 2-coat render applied in applied in 2NO 10mm thick layers each layer brushed with water proof cement or other equal and approved material. Cast 200x200 mm concrete class 20 beam incorporating 50x50x3mm angle steel frame fixed with lugs at 150mm centers. Prepare and apply once coat primer to all metal surfaces. Supply and fix 8mm thick mild Steel cover complete with lifting and locking mechanism as per standard Gapco drawing Reconstuct 550x550x850mm brickwork pier/columns complete with 20mm plaster in 1:3 cement sand mortar Supply and apply 20mm thick cement sand plaster for brick wall on all exposed surfaces, internal and external, cement/sand 1:6 with mastciser to roof surface including curing as per Gapco standards. Item includes additional material & labour cost us Roof Leakage Repairs on Canopy & Sales Building Clean the side canvas / vinly material of the fascia board with the right detergent/soapy water. Include the Gapco signage as per size and font instructed by Gapco EIC. Clean and repair the canopy steel structures with proper wire brush and observe any default on the structures such as rust, crack, demage or looseness. Supply and Apply standard aluminium paint to all steel structures found default by applying alluminium paint 2 coats as per standard. Item includes material, labour, tools and transport costs Inspect and perfect the electrical circuit of the Canopy, making sure all wires are laid accordingly and tightened as per standard. There is no dis-continuity of the wires, and they lightening is perfect. Item includes tools, transport and labour cost Replace 2.5mm2 electrical amoured cable on the canopy which will be found faulty after a thorough inspection. Wire size should be as per Gapco standard instructed by the Engineer in Charge. Item includes material, tools, transport and labour cost Remove damaged corrugated Aluminium roofing sheets G28 at the Canopy and the Sales Building. Item includes material, labour, tools and transport costs Supply and fix aluminium corrugated roofing sheets 28 SWG complete with fixation using J-Bolts on top of angle purlins as per the standard drawing provided by Gapco at the area where the demaged sheets were removed on the canopy and Sales Building. Item above Replace deteriorated 900x600mm deep Aluminium plain Gutter Gauge 22 to the main Canopy Gutter. Item includes material, labour, tools and transport costs Supply and Fix 400x400mmx3mm steel plate column cladding. Item to include material labour and transport cost Roof repairs by screeding of 25mm cement/sand of the 1:3 ratio followed by two layers of bitumen felt of 150mm lapping. Make sure the slopes are well maintained to free the roof from holding any water, and provide additional drains if necessary to capture Scrap off old paint, apply Crack sealing with cement slurry and apply paint in two coats of White Emulsion internally and the Soffit Ceiling and White Gloss paint for external Walls of sales building, Compressor/Generator rooms.
