WEbook Interview/Literary Release

For consideration, which I acknowledge, I consent to the recording/transcription of my

statements and grant to _________________________ ("Interviewer"), WEbook, Inc. and their
assigns, licensees and successors the right to copy, reproduce, broadcast, perform, and use all or a
portion of my statements (the "Interview") verbatim, paraphrased or otherwise derived for all
purposes including publication, advertising, trade or any commercial purpose throughout the
world and in perpetuity (collectively, all such uses are referred to below as the “Work”). I
understand that that a Work may include and the Interview may be published in and used to
promote a book, websites, magazines, and any other media by any means now known or
developed in the future.

I grant Interviewer, WEbook, Inc., and their licensees, successors and assigns the rights
to use my image and name in connection with all uses of the Interview and waive the right to
inspect or approve use of the Interview or my name or image in connection with a Work.

I release Interviewer, WEbook, Inc. and their assigns, licensees and successors from any
claims that may arise regarding the use of the Interview including any claims of defamation,
invasion of privacy, slander, libel, infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright,
and I hereby waive any such claims. I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in the
Interview or a Work and, to the extent any copyright rights arise from the Interview, I hereby
assign and transfer ownership of all such worldwide and perpetual copyright rights to Interviewer.

Neither Interviewer nor WEbook, Inc. is obligated to utilize the rights granted in this
agreement. I represent and warrant that all aspects of the Interview are true and correct to the
best of my knowledge. I acknowledge and agree that I am not entitled to receive any form of
payment from Interviewer or WEbook, Inc.

I have read and understood this agreement and I am over the age of 18. This Agreement
expresses the complete understanding of the parties.
