TV Rao Learning Systems was set up in Ahmedabad in April


1996 by Dr. T.V. Rao (Ex. Professor IIM-Ahmedabad, founder of NHRD Network, ISABS and a Pioneer in the HRD/OB area). In October 2001, TVRLS expanded operations by opening its office at Bangalore.
